You can book
and
pay by
one of the following methods:
Online
- Via PayPal using your
credit or debit/switch card.
Bank
Transfer - Transfer the money
direct from your bank account.
Cash
- Pay cash into any branch of the HSBC bank.
Cheque
- Send us a cheque.
Online
To book and pay online follow the steps below:
1. Email
us
Email
us at info@dontbeatourist.co.uk
with the
following details:
-Your name
-Male / female
-Mobile telephone number (we may need to contact you on the day of the
activity
/ excursion)
-Name of UK University or college where you are studying
-Activity or excursion you would like to book
-Date of the activity and excursion
-Pick-up point you would like to leave from
-How many people you would like to book for including yourself (all
must be 18 or over)
-The full name and sex of each extra person you would like to
book for
2. Receive
an invoice
Within
24 hours
of us receiving your details, you will receive an Invoice via email
from PayPal* requesting full
payment for the
activity or excursion.
(If there are no more places, we will send you an email to say so.)
You
then have 24
hours to make full payment for the activity or excursion.
(If we do not receive your payment within 24 hours, we can not
reserve your
place.)
Within
24 hours
of us receiving your payment, you will receive:
Confirmation via email
from PayPal and;
A Confirmation Invoice via email from us at Don’t be a
tourist.
*PayPal enables you to make secure purchases
online
without revealing your credit card number or financial information to
us. You
can
choose to pay using your credit card, debit card, or bank account.

To book and pay via bank
transfer follow the steps below:

-Name of UK University or college where you are studying
-Activity or excursion you would like to book
-Date of the activity and excursion
-Pick-up point you would like to leave from
-How many people you would like to book for
including yourself (all must be 18 or over)
-The full name and sex of each extra person you would like to
book for
-Your method of
payment – ‘Bank transfer’
If booking
for a trip with accommodation included, please tell us if you would
like to upgrade to a twin room (£20 supplement/person)
Within
24 hours
of us receiving your details, you will receive an Invoice via email
from us
requesting
full payment for the activity or excursion.
(If there are no more places, we will send you an email to say so.)
You
then have 24
hours to make full payment for the activity or excursion.
(If payment is not made by you within 24 hours,
we can not reserve your
place.)
Please follow
the
payment instructions on the Invoice.
Within
24 hours
of us receiving your payment, you will receive a Confirmation Invoice
from us.
Please be aware at can take at least 3 to 4
working days for us to receive your payment.
To
book and pay by
cash follow the steps below:

If booking

to any branch of HSBC Bank
Following the instructions on your invoice.
(If we do not receive your
payment within 24 hours, we can not reserve your

of us receiving your payment, you will receive a Confirmation Invoice
from us.
Cheque
(Payment by cheque cannot be accepted within 7
days
of the activity / excursion date.)
